Diplomová práca sa zaoberá meraním relatívnej permitivity, stratového činiteľa a konduktivity vzoriek sezamových semien a zistením ich závislosti od frekvencie elektrického poľa ako aj od vlhkosti týchto vzoriek. Meranie sa uskutočňovalo v školskom laboratóriu, kde boli použité pomôcky, ktoré sú bežnou súčasťou laboratória. Na meranie som použil Q meter v spojení s koaxiálnym snímačom. V určitom časovom intervale sme realizovali štyri merania s meniacimi sa vlhkosťami vzoriek a s frekvenciami v rozsahu od 1 až 10 MHz. Na základe nameraných hodnôt sme vypočítali relatívnu permitivitu, sypnú hmotnosť, konduktivitu a stratový činiteľ. Dosiahnuté výsledky sú znázornené v grafickej a tabuľkovej forme, kde možno pozorovať rozdiely nameraných hodnôt v závislosti od podmienok meraní. Všetky údaje sme vyhodnotili a teoreticky zdôvodnili. Výsledky, ktoré som meraním získal budú využité v oblasti poľnohospodárskej techniky a výroby pri navrhovaní zariadení na sušenie, vlhkomerov, ničenie škodcov a podobne.

The diploma work deals with measuring the relative permittivity, loss factor and conductivity of the sample of sesame seeds and finding their dependence on the frequency of electric field as well as the moisture of the samples. Measurements took place in a school laboratory where the devices were used, that are go component laboratories. To measure I used Q-meter in combination with a coaxial sensor. At a certain time interval, four measurements were made with varying sample moisture and frequencies rang from 1 to 10MHz. Based on the measured values, we calculated the relative permittivity, bulk density, conductivity and loss factor. The results obtained are shown in graphical and tabular form, where differences can be observed in the measured values ​​depending on the measurements. All data were evaluated and theoretically justified. The results that I got the measurement will be used in agricultural techniques in the design and manufacture of equipment for drying, hygrometers, pest control and so on.
