If at any time prior to the Final Repayment Date the then prevailing reference rate appearing on Reuters page ISDAFIX2 for the then remaining period of the Facility up to the Final repayment date, exceeds 2,5% for three consecutive Business Days and provided that, in the opinion of the Lender acting reasonably , the Lender considers that this rate will remain over such percentage level for a reasonable period of time, the Lender shall be entitled to require the Borrower to enter , and the Borrower shall within 14 (fourteen days) of receipt of such request, enter into an interest rate swap agreement, or such other Hedging Transaction as shall be agreed between at the Lender and the Borrower for a period of time mutually agreed between the Lender and the Borrower
