nasiel som na internete obchod v taliansku so zaujimavym tovarom, ktory by som tu chcel dalej predavat. komunikujeme spolu v anglictine, v obchodnym podmienkach maju uvedene :

Ja som im napisal, ze mam obchodnu firmu a mam registraciu na DPH (TAX Identify) a ze by som chcel od nich nakupovat tovar bez DPH.

odpoved bola : Slovakia is in EU since 2004 so you have to pay VAT but it's more expensive than EU area to ship to SLovakia.
- ze DPH platit musim nakolko sme v EU (nezaujima ich registracia DPH firmy?) a "postovne" na SK je drahsie ako EU area, comu takisto nerozumiem, pretoze "postovne" maju v podmienkach uvedene v jednotnej sadzbe pre celu EU v sume 40 EUR, avsak pre SK mi davaju konkretne "postovne" 198 EUR.

nechcem si narobit zbytocne problemy ohladom DPH, preto sa chcem opytat, ci je mozne zaplatit VAT z talianskej faktury, aby bola zaroven mojim danovym vydavkom (DPH by som si tu na SK samozrejme nenarokoval) a pri dalsom predaji by som DPH normalne vyuctoval.
