About the Role:
• Book invoices in line with standard procedures
• Participate in the month end closings
• Manage general accounting activities
• Carry out reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries following local and European accounting procedures
• Undertake reporting requests
• Deal with collections, billing & distribution activities.
• Respond to accounting queries from business Finance teams
• Resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
• Support with preparing information for audit requests


Qualifications/Requirements
• Written and verbal fluency in English and minimum one other European language
• Degree-level education preferably in Economics or Finance
• Experience in Finance or Accounting
• Ability to learn processes quickly and adhere to them accurately
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and highly professional style when dealing with business clients
• Numerate with a good eye for detail
• Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
