mám otázku ohľadom zápisu na ELDP:
Ak nastane taká situácia, že zamestnanec
- dosiane dôchodkový vek napr. 15.11.2006
- sociálne poistenie má z dôvodu napr. čerpania neplateného voľna prerušené od 15.11.2006 do 30.11.2006
- po ukončení čerpania neplateného voľna sa vráti do zamestnania dňa 1.12.2006

V poučení tlačiva ELDP je uvedené, že sa obdobia v prípade dosiahnutia dôchodkového veku musia rozdeliť, čo je ok, ale čo ak práve v tomto období má prerušené sociálne poistenie ? Nemáte s týmto skúsenosť ?
